How to use Instagram Messenger rooms
You can find Instagram rooms in the Direct Message section. Open the Instagram app on your iPhone, iPad or Android device and tap the messenger icon in the upper right corner.
- Go to the Rooms tab or click the video icon in the top corner.
- Now select “Create room”.
- The share link is at the top of the screen. Click “Share link” to send the link to another application.
- Below that, you can invite Instagram and Facebook friends by clicking “Invite”.
- Once you’ve invited them all, you can enter by clicking “Join Room”.
As mentioned earlier, the rooms will remain until you remove them. So you and anyone invited can always jump back from the Rooms tab.

Google TV could be the latest platform to offer live TV channels at no additional charge. According to the protocol, these channels are likely to appear on the Google TV “Live” tab next to services such as Sling and YouTube TV, providing a seamless experience between free and paid live TV services.
All free TV channels offered by Google TV contain ads that mimic the format set by Roku, Samsung, Amazon and Vizio. These channels may be duplicates of what already offers services like Pluto TV (a common strategy), although Google may try to create unique channels for its platform.
It is likely that Google will announce free channels in October to begin production of Made By Google Pixel 6. Of course, the details are small and Google could wait until sometime in 2022 to debut its free channels. (Option three: It’s just a rumor, and Google TV doesn’t offer free channels.)
If Google launches free channels, they may be exclusive to the Google TV platform. This is bad news if you own an Android TV device, but good news if you own a Chromecast or a Sony or TCL smart TV with Google TV.
