Here is a simple and small plugin which make your day better. You need to download and install from method mentioned below:
Step 1: Go to “Add New” page in your wordpress dashboard under Plugin menu item.
Step 2: Search for “duplicate” keyword and you will get a lot of plugins there, but choose most left top one, (Reason is they just have updated 4 days ago, always choose frequently updated plugin)

Click on “Install Now and Activate”
Step 3: now you will have to visit you posts or pages list in dashboard and you will see a “Copy” link when you hover on that you will get a submenu item to choose “How many duplicate of current post / page you want?” so you can add number there and push button to make Copies.
