Introduction Of Elon Musk
Elon Musk: An influential tycoon
Born: June 28, 1971
Age: 50 years
Full name: Elon Reeve Musk
Citizenship holder of Canada, South Africa, and the United States. Elon Musk’s mother is Canadian, while his father is a South African. Musk had three marriages and is currently split up with his girlfriend Grimes, a Canadian musician. Father of 7 children.
He showed an early aptitude for computers and business. He produced a video game at the age of 12 and sold it to a computer magazine. Elon Musk left South Africa in 1988 after getting a Canadian passport because he refused to support apartheid through compulsory military duty and wanted to pursue the higher economic prospects offered in the United States.
How did The Journey Of Elon Musk Success Start?
Musk studied physics and economics at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, before transferring to the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia in 1992. He enrolled in physics graduate school at Stanford University in California, but he dropped out after only two days, believing that the Internet had far greater potential to revolutionize society than physics.
He launched Zip2, a startup that provides online newspapers with maps and business directories, in 1995. After Compaq purchased Zip2 for $307 million in 1999, Elon Musk launched X.com, which later became PayPal, an online financial services company specializing in online money transfers. PayPal was purchased for $1.5 billion by eBay in 2002.
Musk has long believed that mankind must evolve into a multi-planetary species to survive. He was disappointed, though, with the rocket launchers’ high cost. To manufacture more economical rockets, he founded Space Exploration Technologies (SpaceX) in 2002. The Falcon 1 (first launched in 2006) and Falcon 9 (first launched in 2010) were its first two rockets, supposedly less expensive than rival rockets.
According to SpaceX, the Super Heavy–Starship system is the successor to the Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy. The Falcon Heavy (first launched in 2018) was designed to carry 117,000 pounds (53,000 kg) to orbit, roughly twice as much as its closest competitor, the Boeing Company’s Delta IV Heavy, at a third of the price. The first stage of the Super Heavy rocket would lift 100,000 kg (220,000 pounds) into low Earth orbit.
The payload would also be the Starship, a spacecraft meant to transport people and cargo between Earth cities and establish bases on the Moon and Mars. The Dragon spacecraft, which transports supplies to the International Space Station, was also designed by SpaceX. (ISS). Dragon has a crewed voyage to the International Space Station in 2020, carrying Doug Hurley and Robert Behnke astronauts.
Elon Musk aimed to lower the cost of space travel by constructing a totally reusable rocket that could take off and land on the same launch pad. SpaceX’s Grasshopper rocket completed numerous brief flights to test such technology beginning in 2012. Musk was the principal designer of the Falcon rockets, the Dragon, and the Grasshopper and the CEO of SpaceX.
How Elon Musk Tesla Came Into Existence
Elon Musk has long been fascinated by the potential of electric vehicles, and in 2004 he became one of the primary investors in Tesla Motors (later renamed Tesla), an electric vehicle startup created by entrepreneurs Martin Eberhard and Marc Trepanning. Tesla debuted its first automobile, the Roadster, in 2006, with a range of 245 miles (394 kilometers) on a single charge.
It was a sports car that could travel from 0 to 60 miles per hour (97 kilometers per hour) in less than four seconds, unlike most earlier electric vehicles, which Musk considered were stodgy and uninspiring. The company’s first public offering (IPO) in 2010 raised $226 million.
Tesla released the Model S Sedan two years later, which received critical acclaim for its performance and design. The Model X premium SUV, which debuted in 2015, earned the brand even more praise. In 2017, the manufacture of the Model 3, a less priced vehicle, began. Musk has expressed qualms about Tesla being publicly listed, and in August 2018, he tweeted that he had “got funds” to take the firm private.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) sued Elon Musk for securities fraud the following month, stating his tweets were “false and misleading.” Tesla’s board of directors rejected the SEC’s proposed settlement shortly after, purportedly because Musk had threatened to resign. Dissatisfied with the projected cost ($68 billion) of a high speed rail system in California, Musk proposed the Hyperloop in 2013, a pneumatic tube in which a pod carrying 28 passengers would travel the 350 miles (560 km) between Los Angeles and San Francisco in 35 minutes at a top speed of 760 miles (1,220 km/h), nearly the speed of sound.
Social Media Is A Power Of Elon Musk
The most exciting feature of Musk is his social media. Elon Musk Tweets are known for grabbing attention from the audience. His Twitter handle is mentioned as @elonmusk, simple, huh!!
Well, let’s start dissecting the tweets on his twitter account:
The latest tweet is from November
In this tweet, Musk flaunted rocket thrust engine exhaust by SpaceX’s some older or prior models. Sometimes Musk receives massive backlash over his tweets, while sometimes, people enjoy his tweets and take them positively well, Musk is an active Twitter account user and tweets daily, and moreover, his tweets are multi-dimensional. They never focus on a single point sometimes. They are also very literary, as one tweet on his feed indicates:
He tweeted on November 9, 2021
Musk’s humor is on point!! It was quite funny when he tweeted the second part of them being two-dimensional. It engaged audiences in some real fun-loving manner.
Moreover, on November 2, Tesla CEO Elon Musk posting of an ancient Chinese poem on social media on Tuesday sparked a debate over his interpretation, with many praising him for his knowledge of the text. It engaged Chinese people and attracted their attention to the tweet.
It’s an allegorical poem. Its meaning reflects upon humankind. However, it can be explained in one line “Humans are from the same ancestor, why are we so eager to destroy each other?”
Elon Musk is an active Twitter account holder, only Salesforce CEO Mark Benioff tweets more than Musk among large-company tech CEOs. Musk has become more active on Twitter since 2015, the interesting activity of Elon Musk Twitter account replies to other tweets, and he tries to reply to anyone; average followers of the people to whom Musk has replied are 500 followers, which shows that it shows he is a common man billionaire.
Musk Twitter Account is one of the most controversial accounts because he is not formal like other CEOs. He acts simply. Elon Musk Tweets simply. We have a case of a cave rescuer, where Musk mentioned him as a pedophile but deleted that later on and apologized.
Like all great businessmen, he uses his Twitter account as a marketing tool for his products and customer service. Currently, there are 16k tweets on his feed at @elonmusk
But that is how he views his Twitter account and his tweets. It sums up all:
So this is a tweet!!! That’s it.
So he cleared out everything; it’s just him who just speaks his head and heart out.
Elon Musk was elected a Royal Society Fellow in 2018. In 2015, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Engineering and Technology from Yale and IEEE Honorary Membership.
